PhotoQuake provides a free image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish and share the images with others by providing them with PhotoQuake's linking codes. This service is offered to those looking for free personal image hosting. If any of your images uses excessive bandwidth beyond your account limits we may delete the image from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account.
PhotoQuake may, in its sole discretion, modify this Agreement from time to time, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the Site and Services, for any reason, and without notice. We recommend that you review these terms from time to time to note any changes. By continuing to use or access the Site or any of the Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service in effect at the time of such use or access.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not upload images that contain:
- Child Pornography (Violator IP address and info will be turned over to the authorities)
- Threatening or Abusive Images
- Violent Images
- Racism or Hate Speech
Any images containing the restrictions above will immediately be deleted and you might be banned from our website for life.
Regardless of whether the Content is public or private, PhotoQuake may choose to monitor such Content at any time, in its sole discretion. PhotoQuake reserves the right at all times to terminate your account, and delete any and all images, in whole or in part, for any reason including without limitation violations of this section or of any part of this Agreement. PhotoQuake reserves the right at all times to disclose, in its sole discretion, any Content as necessary to satisfy and law, regulation, or governmental request or reduce or prevent what PhotoQuake considers to be, in its sole discretion, a serious or imminent threat to your health or safety, or the health or safety of another.
You are authorized to sign up for and use 1 (one) free account only. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) free account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time. Users of PhotoQuake must be at least 13 years of age.
If you believe one of our members has uploaded images to our site that break our terms of use please contact us so we can take approriate action.

THE SERVICES, CONTENT, SITE, AND ANY SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PhotoQuake DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
